# Sending Invoca Data to Litify via Webhook

> Set up a custom webhook to send Invoca call and marketing data to Litify, since Invoca doesn't offer a certified native integration with it.

## Overview

Litify is a legal practice management platform. Invoca doesn't have a certified, out-of-the-box integration with Litify, but you can still pass Invoca call data and Signals into Litify by configuring a custom webhook. This lets you route caller attribution details, such as marketing source and campaign, into a Litify endpoint for use in your case intake or marketing reporting workflows.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, you'll need:

* The custom webhook endpoint URL provided by Litify. Obtain this from Litify before starting configuration in Invoca.
* Permission to create custom webhooks in your Invoca account.

## Steps

1. Obtain the custom webhook endpoint URL from Litify.
2. In the Invoca platform, navigate to **Integrations > Custom Webhooks**.
3. Select **New Webhook**.
4. Select **Post-Call** as the webhook type.
5. Configure the webhook body to match the format Litify expects, using the data points relevant to your integration. For example:

```json theme={null}
{
  "callerid": "<calling_phone_number>",
  "invoca_id": "<invoca_id>",
  "callingpage": "<calling_page>",
  "gaID": "<g_cid>",
  "gclID": "<gclid>",
  "msclID": "<msclkid>",
  "utmMedium": "<utm_medium>",
  "utmAdgroup": "<utm_adgroup>",
  "utmCampaign": "<advertiser_campaign_name>",
  "utmContent": "<utm_content>",
  "utmSource": "<utm_source>",
  "utmTerm": "<utm_term>"
}
```

6. Set the **URL** field to the endpoint Litify provided.
7. Configure the firing conditions for the webhook:
   * Set it to fire on all transactions.
   * Enable retry.
   * Enable firing for call corrections.
   * Disable batch sending, so each call is sent individually.

## Customize for your setup

The field list above is a formatting example, not a fixed requirement. Adjust the data points and firing conditions to match your own business objectives and whatever fields your Litify endpoint is set up to receive.

## Testing

After configuring the webhook, place a test call and confirm the expected data arrives at your Litify endpoint before relying on it for production use. If data isn't passing through as expected, double-check that the webhook body's field names match what your Litify endpoint expects, and that the endpoint URL is correct.
