# Scheduled Report External Recipient Removed by Invoca System

> An external recipient can be automatically unsubscribed from a scheduled report if their email client's Link Preview feature triggers the report's unsubscribe link.

<Note>
  Invoca is migrating Dashboards and Reports to the newer Insights & Analytics experience. See [Insights & Analytics: Getting Started Guide](/s/article/insights-analytics-getting-started-guide) to check out the new experience.
</Note>

**Applies to:** Saved and scheduled reports sent to external recipients — someone added by email address only, without an Invoca account.

## Symptoms

The scheduled report is received once at its normal automated delivery time, then the recipient is removed from the schedule shortly after (visible in Change History).

## Cause

Some email clients, such as Outlook, have a "Link Preview" feature that automatically activates links found in incoming emails. Since the "Unsubscribe" link in a scheduled report email requires no further action once activated, this feature can trigger it automatically — unsubscribing the recipient without them clicking anything.

## Resolution

Ask the recipient to check whether Link Preview (or a similar feature) is enabled in their email client. If so, have them disable it and re-add them as an external recipient. If that isn't possible, try delivering to a different email address without this feature enabled, such as a personal Gmail account, to confirm whether that resolves the issue.
