# I Don't See the Invoca Managed Package in My Installed Apps Section in Salesforce

> This usually means your Salesforce instance doesn't have enough available lookup fields for the package to finish installing.

**Applies to:** Salesforce Sales Cloud managed package download

## Symptoms

The Invoca Salesforce managed package shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to install. If installation takes longer, it's likely due to an error during download.

## Cause

Your Salesforce instance doesn't have enough available resources for the package to install all its components.

## Resolution

Search for "Deployment" in Salesforce Setup, then click **Deployment Status** — there are likely errors you'll need to resolve. This package requires some custom lookup fields to be available in your instance.

If you see an error like `Activity.Invoca_Call_Log__c`, that means you need to free up some lookup fields in your Salesforce instance (at least 2 fields for the Activity object) so the package has what it needs to finish installing.
