# Salesforce Download Error: "The FieldLayout Is Not Supported for This Layout"

> This affects Salesforce Sales Cloud package versions 5.5.2 and lower — installing version 5.5.4 or higher resolves it.

**Applies to:** Salesforce Sales Cloud version 5.5.2 or lower

## Symptoms

A Salesforce Admin might encounter this error when installing the package (version 5.5.2 or lower), related to the `WhatId` in the RelatedContent section of the Task layout.

## Resolution

Install version 5.5.4 or higher — this removed `WhatId` from the RelatedContent section in the Task layout, which avoids the error. Install the current version from the Invoca AppExchange listing.
