# SA360 Error: "User Does Not Have Permission to View Advertiser"

> This is a user permission issue — either have the originally authenticating user resolve it, or apply a new API credential to the integration.

**Applies to:** Google Search Ads 360 (SA360)

## Symptoms

* Conversions aren't populating in SA360.
* The error `User does not have permission to view advertiser XXXXXXXXXXX for conversion index=0 conversionId=...` appears in Delivery History responses.

## Cause

This error is related to a user permission issue in SA360.

## Resolution

Either have the user who originally authenticated the integration make the needed changes in SA360, or apply a new API credential to the integration.
