# "Something Unexpected Occurred, Please Try Again" When Creating a New RingPool

> This error usually means your account has hit its monthly dynamic number limit — reach out to your account team about raising it.

## Symptoms

"Something unexpected occurred, please try again" appears in the top-right corner after saving a new destination to a campaign.

**Applies to:** Campaign Management

## Cause

Your account has likely reached its dynamic number limit. Accounts are allocated a set number of dynamic numbers per month.

## Resolution

Reach out to your account team or [support@invoca.com](mailto:support@invoca.com) to check whether your dynamic number limit can be increased.
