# Publisher recruitment tips

**This feature is available on the Invoca for Performance Marketing package.**

> How to recruit Publishers to promote several performance marketing campaigns at once.

## Who this is for

This article is for Advertisers and Networks who use Invoca for performance marketing and need to recruit Publishers — the organizations that host your ads and offers on their landing pages — to join campaigns.

## Background

To run performance marketing campaigns, Publishers first need to join your network, and then join your specific campaigns. You can invite Publishers to a campaign directly, or leave a campaign visible so Publishers can apply on their own. When you need to promote several campaigns to Publishers at once, use the steps below. Invoca's campaign links automatically route each Publisher to the right place based on their approval status, so you can send the same link to your whole list.

## Steps: Share a list of campaigns with Publishers

1. In the sidebar menu, click **Campaigns**, then select **Manage Campaigns**.
2. In your list of campaigns, click the campaign you want to promote to your Publishers.
3. Copy the campaign's URL and send it to your Publishers.

## How the link behaves for different Publishers

The same campaign URL leads to a different view depending on who clicks it:

* A **Network user** clicking the link sees the Advertiser campaign view.
* A **Publisher user** who is already approved to your network, but not yet approved to the campaign, sees the campaign's terms page and is prompted to agree to the terms.
* A **Publisher who isn't on your network yet** can't see the campaign at all. Walk them through creating a Publisher account and applying to your campaign directly instead.

Because one link adapts to each Publisher's approval status, you can send the same campaign URL to your entire recruitment list rather than tracking who's approved for what.
