# Why Does Pooling Numbers Not Show Any Values for the Publisher ID Column in the Transaction Report?

> A blank Publisher ID column usually means the call originated from the Advertiser's RingPool rather than the Publisher's.

If the Publisher and Publisher ID columns are blank in your report, the call likely originated from the Advertiser's RingPool rather than the Publisher's RingPool.
