# Multiple Records for One Call Included in FTP File

> This usually happens when several Signals or other post-call transactions were applied to a single call — a setting change can combine them onto one row.

## Symptoms

* An FTP delivery includes multiple records for one call.

## Cause

The exact cause hasn't been fully identified, but one likely scenario is that several Signals or other post-call transactions were applied to the call.

## Resolution

A setting change can be made so that all Signal transactions for a single call appear on one row, rather than each Signal getting its own row.
