# Microsoft Sub-Accounts Do Not Appear Under the Microsoft Ads Integration Tool

> Missing sub-accounts are usually owned by a different account than the one you're integrating — check and align ownership in Microsoft Ads.

**Applies to:** Microsoft Advertising

## Symptoms

Some, but not all, of your Microsoft Ads accounts appear under the integration options in Invoca.

## Cause

The missing sub-accounts are under a different Owner than the one you're attempting to integrate with in Invoca.

## Resolution

1. In your Microsoft Ads Manager account, go to the account summary details to see a table of your sub-accounts, including a column showing each sub-account's Owner.
2. If the missing accounts aren't under the same Owner as the ones that do appear, adjust the sub-account's ownership.
3. Re-integrate your Microsoft Ads.
