# Microsoft Edge Isn't Working to Load Invoca

> A browser security setting in Edge can block Invoca from running — add an exception to resolve it.

**Applies to:** Microsoft Edge, tag deployment, tracking prevention

## Symptoms

Invoca isn't loading in the Microsoft Edge browser.

## Cause

The network may have a security feature enabled that blocks Invoca from running.

## Resolution

1. In Edge, go to **Settings**.
2. Select **Privacy, Search, and Services**.
3. Under **Tracking Prevention**, select **Exceptions**.
4. Add the site `[*.]invoca.net`.
