# Microsoft Conversion Goals Not Populating

> This usually means the Microsoft Advertising integration became invalid — reauthorizing it typically resolves the issue.

**Applies to:** Microsoft Advertising, network-level integration

## Symptoms

* Offline conversions aren't being uploaded into Microsoft Advertising even though goals are set up there.
* Configuring goals in Invoca shows the error "the conversion goal with the same name already exists for the customer."
* The last failed response shows `{:error=>"The Microsoft Click Id of the offline conversion is invalid."}`.
* Conversions haven't fired in a while.
* No conversions are configured in the Invoca platform.

## Cause

The Microsoft Advertising integration became invalid, which caused data to stop flowing.

## Resolution

1. Remove the old conversions within Microsoft Advertising.
2. Deactivate and reauthorize the integration within Invoca.
3. Confirm data is flowing into Microsoft Advertising after 24–48 hours.
