# Managing Users in Your Invoca Account

> Invite new users, assign the right role, and remove access for people who no longer need it.

This guide covers inviting new users, adjusting permissions, and removing access for people who no longer need it.

**Before you begin:** To add individual users, you need Manager-level permissions or higher. To edit, delete, or perform bulk uploads, you need Super User permissions.

## Understanding user roles

Invoca offers six user roles to help you assign the right access level:

| Role | Best for |
| :----------------- | :--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Reporting Users | Team members who need to view call performance but don't change settings. View-only access to Transaction Reports, Signal results, call recordings, and transcripts. |
| Filtered Reporting | Franchise or regional managers who only need access to calls relevant to their role. See [Setting Up Filtered Reporting and Data Access Control](/s/article/filtered-reporting-data-access-control). |
| Observers | Marketers who need full visibility into the customer journey, including all reports, promo numbers, and campaign statistics. |
| Members | Commonly used by agencies to manage promo number limits, campaigns, and integrations with other marketing software. |
| Managers | Account leads responsible for creating and reviewing call outcomes; can configure Signals and invite new users. |
| Super Users | The highest role — for leads like heads of digital marketing or IT. Can edit all account settings and user roles, manage Two-Factor Authentication, and handle Performance Marketing profiles. |

## Comparing Network vs. Profile level capabilities

Certain features are restricted if you're working at the Profile level rather than the Network level:

| Feature | Network Level | Profile Level |
| :------------------------------------------ | :------------ | :------------------------------------------------------ |
| Signal creation | Available | Available |
| Edit/add Campaigns | Available | Available |
