# Lookup Tables: Multi-Destination Call Routing

> Update the lookup tables you use to route calls to different call centers whenever your routing needs change.

## Step 1: Find the Lookup Table You'd Like to Edit

1. Click **Settings** in the sidebar, then select **Marketing Data** in the Network section.
2. Click the **Tables** tab to see a summary of every table added to your platform.
3. Click the table you want to edit, then find its most recently uploaded version (see the Date column).
4. In the Actions column, click the download button to save your lookup table as a spreadsheet.

## Step 2: Update the Data in Your Lookup Table

1. Open the downloaded file in any spreadsheet program.
2. Update the data in your Key, Destination, and Custom Data columns to fit your new business needs.
3. If you use Marketing Data to add reporting data to your lookup tables, you can delete any custom data column you no longer need — just don't delete your Key or Destination columns.
4. Save the file under a new name, using a consistent naming convention such as "Table Name - (date of upload)."

## Step 3: Upload the New Spreadsheet File

1. Return to the **Tables** tab, find the table you edited, and click the **Upload** button in the Actions column.
2. Drop the updated spreadsheet into the file box and click **Upload**.
3. Watch the Summary status for "In progress," and refresh the page for an updated status once the upload completes.

Once finished, any call routed through your lookup table will reflect your updated routing.
