# Lead Conversion Dashboards

> Lead Conversion Dashboards are an auto-generated set of tiles that measure how efficiently your marketing channels and pages generate and convert lead calls.

<Note>
Invoca is migrating Dashboards and Reports to the newer Insights & Analytics experience. See [Insights & Analytics: Getting Started Guide](/s/article/insights-analytics-getting-started-guide) to check out the new experience.

## Overview

Think of Lead Conversion Dashboards as mission control for understanding how your marketing efforts turn into sales — both for high-level business insight and daily monitoring.

## Creating your Lead Conversion Dashboard

1. Log in to Invoca and click **Manage Dashboards**.

2. Click the blue **New+** button.

3. Enter a name for your new dashboard, then click **Create**.

4. Choose **Start with a Template**.

5. In the Dashboard Configuration window, select the fields you'd like to use:

   | Field | Definition |
   | :- | :- |
   | Call Answered Metric | A Signal tracking when someone answers the call |
   | Lead Intention Metric | A Signal tracking when the caller discusses their intended goal for the call |
   | Lead Conversion Metric | A Signal tracking when the caller completes the business outcome — scheduling an appointment, signing a contract, etc. |
   | Marketing Channel | A Marketing Data Field distinguishing between channels such as paid search, organic search, or email |
   | Calling Page | A Marketing Data Field capturing the webpage a visitor viewed immediately before calling |

Each field has several options available in its dropdown menu.

6. Once you've selected the appropriate fields, click **Save**. Your new dashboard will appear.

## Reviewing your Marketing Channel insights

Managing a Marketing Channel field lets you group and analyze all of your marketing data, giving you a full picture of which channels bring in the most valuable leads. Hover over any title or column in the Marketing Channel table for a tooltip explaining how that metric is calculated — for example, Buying Intent Rate is calculated as Buying Intent divided by calls Answered by an Agent.

The Calling Page chart works similarly, displaying the top 10 calling pages based on which web pages generated the most calls.

## Configuring or editing your dashboard

* Click the three-dot menu on the dashboard and select **Configure** to adjust settings, then **Save** to apply your changes.
* To rename a table column, hover over the column name, select **Rename**, and save.
* Use the three-dot menu to export dashboard tiles as CSV or PNG files.
