# IVR Behavior: Update Your Language Settings

> Change the language of your campaign's standard voice prompts — English, French (Canadian), or Spanish (Mexican).

While building a call treatment, you'll encounter a few standard voice prompts your account uses by default, such as:

* A notification that the call is being recorded
* A prompt to verify the caller's location in the "Verify Location" node
* Certain fraud detection and prevention challenges

These prompts are spoken in English by default, but you can change their language from your campaign settings.

## Changing your campaign's prompt language

1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click **Campaigns**, then select **Manage Campaigns**.
2. Click the campaign whose language you want to change, then in the Overview section, click **Edit**.
3. Select English, French (Canadian), or Spanish (Mexican) in the Campaign Language field. If this option isn't available, reach out to your account team or [support@invoca.com](mailto:support@invoca.com) to request multilingual prompt support.
4. Click **Save**.

All standard prompts in your call treatment now play in the language you chose. This only applies to standard prompts like the ones listed above — custom prompts only support English text-to-speech; for a custom prompt in French or Spanish, upload your own recording instead.

If you use Invoca for a Syndicated campaign, all downstream syndicated campaigns use the same prompt language as the originating campaign. See [International Number Support](/s/article/international-number-support) for more on Invoca's multi-language support.
