# Troubleshooting: Go Live Button Missing from a New Campaign

> If a newly created campaign is missing its Go Live and Actions buttons, the Advertiser (or Profile) it belongs to is likely archived rather than active.

## Symptoms

A newly created campaign doesn't show the **Go Live** or **Actions** buttons in its header bar as expected, so you can't activate the campaign or make edits to it.

## Applies to

Advertiser campaigns.

## Cause

This happens when the Advertiser the campaign was created under is archived rather than active. Note that "Advertiser" is Invoca's default name for this account type — your account may display it under a different label, such as Profile or Buyer.

To confirm this is the cause, go to the Network level, then to **Advertisers > Manage Advertisers**, and review the status of the Advertiser where the new campaign was created.

## Resolution

1. Archive the campaign that's missing its Go Live and Actions buttons.
2. Re-create the campaign under an active Advertiser.

If the campaign is a syndicated campaign, shared across multiple Advertisers, the new Advertiser you re-create it under must be network-managed, not managed at the individual Advertiser level.
