# Filtering by Score

> Score Range Filtering lets you filter by a scorecard's score range directly, without creating a dedicated Range Signal.

Score Range Filtering lets you filter by a scorecard's score range without creating a specific "Range Signal." You can enter a desired score range directly into the filter instead of manually defining the same score ranges over and over.

This means you can quickly explore call data based on your needs and share your findings while saving setup time.

## Score range filters in the Dashboard

1. Log in to the Invoca platform and click **Dashboards** in the left menu bar.
2. Select **+ Add Tile**.
3. Select the **Builder** tile — the Edit Tile window appears. Scroll down to view and select the Scorecards you'd like your tile to be **Ranked By**.
4. Select the filter you'd like to use from the **Filter Field** dropdown menu, then select the **Applied** or **Not Applied** value.
5. Select **Save**.

## Score range filters in Reports

1. Log in to the Invoca platform and click **Reports** in the left menu bar.
2. Select **Calls** to open the Calls Report window.

5. Select the Scores you'd like to use, then select **Applied** or **Not Applied**.
6. Toggle the score ranges to your preferred percentages using the sliding green dots.
7. Click **Applied**.
8. Select **Apply** to save the changes.
