# Why Is Data Failing to Reach Facebook?

> This usually means the Facebook user who authorized the integration is missing required permissions — reauthorize under a user with the correct access.

## Symptoms

* Data isn't being received within Facebook.
* Multiple failures appear when reviewing responses in Delivery History.

## Cause

The user who authorized the integration is likely missing the required permission privileges in Facebook.

## Resolution

Reauthorize the integration under a Facebook user who has the correct permissions.
