# Evaluation Form Error: X Name Has Already Been Taken

> Evaluation Form, Section, and Criteria names must be unique across your account — they can't reuse the name of an existing Signal or field.

Invoca enforces unique names across Evaluation Form names, Section names, and Criteria names — none of these can share a name with an existing Signal or field.

This is because Evaluation Form and Section names are used as reporting fields, and duplicate names would create confusion in reporting. While Criteria names aren't currently used as reporting columns, uniqueness is enforced now in case they're included in reporting in the future.
