# Error Received When Cloning an Advertiser Campaign

> A cloning error is usually caused by a connection timeout due to the campaign's size — reach out to your account team with the campaign you'd like to clone.

## Cause

This error can be caused by a connection timeout due to the size of the campaign being cloned.
