# Enhanced Caller Profiles: Personal and Demographic Data

> Enhanced Caller Profiles append contact and demographic data to your calls based on Caller ID, sourced from Invoca's partnered listing services.

<Note>
  Invoca is migrating Dashboards and Reports to the newer Insights & Analytics experience. See [Insights & Analytics: Getting Started Guide](/s/article/insights-analytics-getting-started-guide) to check out the new experience.
</Note>

Enhanced Caller Profiles (ECP) is an Invoca feature that adds contact and demographic data to your calls. When enabled, Invoca looks up demographic data from consenting customers' Caller ID number through partnered listing services. This data — which can include name, age, location, and more — appears alongside other call data in Invoca reports, is available in Signal Builder, and can be sent to other platforms through certain integrations, including Invoca for Salesforce Sales Cloud.

**Before you begin:** If ECP isn't enabled on your account and you'd like to use it, contact Invoca Customer Success to discuss enabling this feature.

## Available data fields

## Where to find ECP data

ECP data appears in the Transactions and Calls reports at the Network and Profile platform levels.

## Tips for using ECP data

* **Route calls with a rule-based Signal** — for example, create a Signal expression for Home Owner Status = Own, then use a Check a Condition node in your call treatment to route homeowners to a dedicated queue.
* **Target without exposing PII** — most ad platforms prohibit sending personally identifiable information. Build a Signal expression based on ECP data, then send just the resulting Signal (not the underlying personal data) to stay compliant.
* **Send to Salesforce** — when enabled, ECP data flows to Salesforce as part of the Invoca for Salesforce Sales Cloud integration, so agents can see caller context without leaving their CRM.
* ECP data can't be backfilled — it isn't available for calls that occurred before the feature was enabled.

## Limiting ECP to specific campaigns

By default, ECP applies to all campaigns, including future ones. To limit it:

1. Click **Settings** in the sidebar.
2. Under **Network** > **Tools**, select **Enhanced Caller Profiles**.
3. Choose the **Specific Campaigns** option, then select which campaigns to include.
4. Click **Save**.
