# Download a Dashboard as a PDF

> Download an entire Dashboard in PDF format to share with people inside and outside your organization.

In Invoca, you can download the entire Dashboard in PDF format without downloading each visualization separately — with options for branding, composing the report from the entire Dashboard or only some of its visualizations, and truncating tables.

1. Click **Insights & Analytics** on the side navigation.
2. Select a Dashboard from the list by clicking its title.
3. In the open Dashboard, click the **More Options** menu (ellipsis icon), and select **Download as PDF**.
4. In the **Download** window, choose a **Format**:
   * **Dashboard** generates a PDF that combines several visual Dashboard Tiles on the same page, just as they appear on the Dashboard.
   * **Visualizations** prints each visualization on its own page.

## Download PDF as Dashboard

This mode produces a PDF that looks very similar to the Dashboard inside Invoca. Highlights and instant insights appear at the top, and the rest of the Dashboard follows a rectangular grid with natural page breaks.

1. Under **Layout**, select *Landscape* or *Portrait* orientation.
2. Click **More Settings**. Under **Branding**, specify whether to add a *Footer logo*, *Include page number*, or add *Footer text*.
3. Click **Download**.

## Download PDF as Visualizations

This mode lets you choose to print all, or some, of the visualizations in the Dashboard. Highlights and insights appear at the top, and the rest of the visualizations each get their own page.

1. Under **Layout**, select *Landscape* or *Portrait* orientation.
2. Click **More Settings**. Under **Content**, specify whether table visuals should end after filling the whole page, using **Truncate Tables**.
3. Add **Branding** details through *Footer logo*, *Include page number*, or *Footer text*.
4. In the list of **Visualizations**, select the ones you want in the PDF, and deselect any you don't want.
5. Click **Download**.

## Examine the PDF

The PDF produced in **Dashboard** mode combines the visuals on the page the same way as the original Dashboard. Contrast this with **Visualizations** mode, which combines the small adjacent indicator and KPI visuals at the top, with all other visuals and tables each on their own page.

When you download tables with date columns, the format may differ from their appearance in Invoca:
