# Why Isn't My Dimension Name or Parameter Data From Invoca Showing Up in GA4 Reports?

> GA4 is case-sensitive — a mismatch between the parameter name Invoca sends and the custom dimension name you created will prevent data from appearing.

## Answer

A common and easily overlooked cause is a mismatch in capitalization between the parameter name Invoca uses to send the data and the name given to the corresponding custom dimension in GA4. GA4 is case-sensitive, so `campaign_source` and `Campaign_Source` are treated as entirely different names.
