# What Does "Send Dashboard PDF to Users Added in the Future" Mean?

> This checkbox automatically includes every new user added to your account in the scheduled dashboard delivery, without needing to update the recipient list manually.

## Answer

When this checkbox is selected, every new user subsequently added to your Invoca account will automatically be included in that scheduled dashboard report's delivery.
