# Dashboard Insights and Data Overview

> Your Invoca dashboard is a customizable hub of reporting tiles — here's how to switch views, filter data, add tiles, and get the most out of the pre-built options.

When you log in to Invoca, your dashboard is the first thing you see: a series of visual reporting sections called tiles, each showing a different slice of your call data.

## Switching between dashboards

If you need more than one view, you can save and switch between multiple dashboards — useful for managers who want a customized view for their team. Hover over **Dashboards** in the sidebar to select a recently accessed dashboard, or click **Manage Dashboards** to see every dashboard in your account, including ones shared by teammates.

## Filtering and exporting

Most tiles share one common date range and filter set, shown under the "Dashboard" header. Click the dropdown to change the date range, Signal, or Marketing Data filters applied. Anyone can interact with these global filters, but only the dashboard owner can save changes. If you land on a combination you want to keep, use the three-dot menu to **Save a Copy** as a new dashboard.

To share your dashboard, click **Export** in the top right to generate a PDF delivered to your email.

## Adding a new tile

Click **Add tile**, then **Builder**, to open the tile builder. You'll choose:

| Setting | Description |
| :- | :- |
| **Name** | Shown on the tile itself. |
| **Tile type** | Leaderboard tiles rank Marketing Data categories by a conversion metric (bar graph, donut chart, or ranked table); Leaderboard Timeline tiles do the same over time (stacked bar or line chart); Stats tiles show up to four top-line metrics with no visualization; Timeline tiles show metrics over time (vertical bar, line, or dual y-axis). |
| **Date range** | Current or previous day/week/month/quarter/year, or "Default Dashboard Date" to stay in sync with the rest of the dashboard. |
| **Additional metrics** | Up to four per tile (hover over the tile to see extras, depending on visualization type). |
| **Filtering** | Narrow the tile to calls matching specific Marketing Data or Signal values. |
| **# of Values Displayed, Threshold, and Trendline** | Fine-tune how many data points show, add a reference line for a goal, or add a trendline to leaderboard timeline tiles. |

Click **Save** when finished.

## Managing existing tiles

Click the three-dot menu on any tile to **Configure**, view its underlying report, or **Delete** it. Drag tiles to rearrange your dashboard, or resize by dragging a tile's bottom-right corner. To reset everything, use **Actions > Restore default tiles**.

## Pre-built tiles

Several ready-made tiles are available alongside the tile builder (global filters don't apply to these):

* Vital Stats (call volume, commissions paid, conversion rate)
* Call Map
* Requests & Approvals
* Calls by Category
* Live Call Stats
* Top Advertisers/Publishers/Campaigns/Call Sources
* Current and Historical Phone Number Usage
* End of Call Reason Stats
* RingPool Allocations (Network/Advertiser level only, where RingPool auto-scaling is enabled)

Customers using the Google Ads or Facebook integrations also have access to dedicated summary tiles for those channels.
