# Create a New Advertiser or Profile

> Advertisers (also called Profiles) are how Invoca organizes and reports on your campaigns — create one to segment your business by publisher relationship or by line of business.

In your Invoca account, campaigns are created, tracked, and reported through Advertisers — sometimes called Profiles, or another name your organization has chosen. If you use Invoca for performance marketing, an Advertiser is a separate account that Publishers apply to run campaigns for. Otherwise, you might use this feature as a Profile to segment your campaigns, such as by line of business.

## Steps

1. Log in to your Invoca account. Click **Advertisers** in the sidebar menu (or whatever this section is named in your account), select **Manage Advertisers**, then click **+ New Advertiser**.
2. Name your Advertiser and use the Product/Service Category, Website URL, Company and Mailing address, and Notes sections to add any details your publishers might want to know before working with this account.
3. If you need to track the Advertiser across other applications, such as click tracking or billing, enter an identifier in the Advertiser ID (cid) field.
4. If you want to limit this Advertiser account's access, check the **Network Managed** checkbox. If you check this box, you can still let the account view reports on the Publishers it works with by also checking **Can View Publisher Details**.
5. In the Advertiser Call Fees section, check the box to let this Advertiser view call fees in their reports, if needed.
6. Click **Create**.

## Where to go next

Once your Advertiser or Profile is created, you're ready to create an Invoca campaign for it.
