# Understanding Campaign Management Profiles

> Profiles group campaigns and calls to a specific part of your business, and limit what users invited to them can see and edit.

Profiles are an account type in Invoca that groups campaigns and calls to a particular part of your business. Users invited to your network as part of a Profile are limited to viewing and editing campaigns created within that profile.

Each new Invoca account is created with a single profile by default, and most organizations only need one. You might want additional profiles if other organizations are involved in your marketing efforts, such as affiliate marketers — in affiliate marketing, a Profile is often called the "Advertiser."

## Creating a new profile

1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click **Profiles**, then **Manage Profile**.
2. Click **+ New Profile**.
3. Enter a name in the Profile Name field.
4. All other fields are optional and can document additional information about the Profile account. Click **Create** when you're finished.

Check your list of Profiles in the Company ID column to see your new profile's Profile ID — a unique identifier used for integrations and webhooks. From here, you can create campaigns within that profile, or create another profile for a different organization or agency.
