# Campaign Hours: Modifications

> Modify your campaign's open hours at any time — Invoca still tracks calls and fires Signals outside those hours.

While creating an Invoca campaign, you can set open hours during which your call center is open and the campaign can receive calls. Outside those hours, Invoca still swaps phone numbers on your landing pages, tracks calls, fires Signals and integrations, and does everything else you'd expect.

You can use your active hours to segment calls and flag them for follow-up — useful for identifying and tracking missed opportunities to recover lost sales.

## Modifying a campaign's hours of operation

1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click **Campaigns**, then select **Manage Campaigns**.
2. Click the campaign whose hours you want to modify.
3. Scroll to that campaign's Hours section and click **Edit**.
4. In the "Step 3: Hours" panel, click **Set Hours**, then set the hours you need. Click **Expand** to edit by weekday. Click **Done** when finished.

New hours take effect immediately. If your active hours are used as a condition for payouts, publishers associated with the campaign receive a performance marketing email notification about the change. Publishers are *not* notified if active hours are used as a condition within the campaign's call treatment instead.
