# Can Calls Bypass the IVR Based on Certain Data?

> Use a Check a Condition node with AND/OR/NOT logic to route qualifying calls directly to your call center, skipping the IVR.

In a campaign's call treatment, you can use a **Check a Condition** node with "If" and "Then" logic to evaluate specific data using AND, OR, or NOT conditions, and define how to handle each outcome.

For example, to bypass the IVR when the caller's calling page is "invoca.com," you'd set a condition checking whether the Calling Page custom field equals "invoca.com." If it matches, route the call directly to the call center; if it doesn't match — for example, if the calling page is "google.com" instead — the call proceeds through the IVR questions as usual.

**Applies to:** Campaign, Call Treatment
