# Why Does My Call Count in Adobe Analytics Differ From What Is Reported in Invoca?

> Pre-transfer webhooks only fire on transferred calls, and missing transaction IDs can prevent Adobe from logging data source information.

**Applies to:** Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Deliveries, Adobe Pre-transfer webhooks

## Answer

If you have a pre-transfer webhook configured, it only fires when a call is transferred to the destination number — calls that get hung up in the Invoca IVR won't be reported to Adobe. Separately, if you're following up with Adobe data deliveries and a call sent over doesn't have a transaction ID to reference, Adobe can't log the data source information for it.

Either of these can lead to a discrepancy between what you see in Adobe and what's reported in Invoca.
