# Blocking Numbers & Regions

> Block a specific phone number, area code, or country from calling your organization.

If you need to prevent a phone number from calling in to your organization, Invoca lets you block it.

## Blocking a number

1. Log in to your Invoca account, then click **Settings** in the sidebar menu.
2. Find the network, Advertiser, or Publisher you want to apply this to, then under the Tools section, click **Blocked Numbers**.
3. Click **New Blocked Number** and enter the phone number (including country code) and a reason. You can block countries, area codes, groups of phone numbers, or caller IDs.
   * Example: to block all numbers starting with "1-805-452," enter country code "1" and phone number "805452."
4. Read the warning that appears, then click **Save**.

## Unblocking or editing a blocked number

From the Blocked Numbers table, click the trash can icon next to a number to unblock it, or use the edit tool to update any of its fields.
