# Basic Knowledge: Integrations

> Invoca integrates with the marketing tools you already use, plus the flexibility to build custom integrations with nearly any system, so attribution and Signal data don't stay siloed.

Invoca integrates with the marketing tools you already use — including Google Ads, Facebook, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and dozens more — plus the flexibility to build custom integrations with nearly any system.

## What you can accomplish by integrating with Invoca

The most valuable data Invoca collects — marketing attribution, Signals tracking events on your phone calls, and other call data — shouldn't stay siloed. You can also use data from your other marketing systems to better segment and analyze the calls, callers, and conversions in Invoca.

Most integration use cases center on attribution or audiences. Attribution helps you understand which channels, campaigns, ads, and keywords are performing, so you can allocate budget more effectively. Segmentation helps you understand your callers so you can personalize their next engagement. A few examples:

* Pull Google Ads reports alongside Invoca data for accurate cost-per-call and cost-per-conversion calculations, plus the keyword that drove each call.
* Recognize when a customer made a purchase over the phone, then add them to a Facebook audience and target lookalikes.
* Send a qualified but non-converting caller's data to your DMP (data management platform) and retarget them with a promotion.
* Report the salesperson associated with a closed Opportunity from Salesforce back to Invoca for closed-loop conversion reporting.

## Types of integrations

Invoca offers three types of integrations:

* **Connect Apps** are pre-built integrations that require no development knowledge — just a few clicks and simple setup steps.
* **Certified Integrations** require more familiarity with the system you're integrating to configure settings correctly, but Invoca provides fully documented setup guides with examples and sample code.
* **Custom Integrations** let you connect Invoca to any system, including internal tools, using custom webhooks, data deliveries, or Invoca APIs.

## Marketing Data and Signals in your integrations

Most integrations center on sending customer data and phone call insights — captured as Marketing Data and Signals — to your other systems. Make sure you've set up these features to get the most out of your integrations.
