# How to Approve a Publisher to Your Affiliate Campaign

> Review and approve or deny Publisher applications to your performance marketing campaigns, individually or in bulk.

If you use Invoca for affiliate marketing as a network or advertiser, Publishers need to join your campaigns to host ads. If a campaign isn't set to automatically approve all Publisher applications, you'll need to manually approve or deny each Publisher who applies.

## Reviewing Publisher applications

1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click **Campaigns**, then select **Manage Affiliate Campaigns**. This shows a list of Publisher applications, with the applying Publisher and the campaign they're applying to.
2. Find the application you want to review, click the menu button in the Actions column, then select **Approve** or **Deny**. You can also select multiple applications with the checkbox column and use the **Bulk Actions** dropdown to approve or deny several at once.
3. If you decline an application, you'll be prompted to enter a response explaining your decision to the Publisher.
