# Add a Filter to a Table

> Add a simple filter from a column header while viewing a Dashboard Tile as a table.

To add a filter from a column header:

1. While viewing your Dashboard Tile as a table, hover over the column header you want to filter, and click the **More** menu icon.
2. Select **Filter**.
3. Select the values you want to include in your Dashboard Tile.
4. To exclude values instead, click **Exclude** and choose the values to exclude.
5. Click **Done**. If there are too many values, use the filter search bar to find the ones you want.
