# 403 Error on the Calls-in-Progress API

> A 403 error on the Calls-in-Progress API usually means the feature isn't enabled for your account yet.

## Symptoms

* A GET request to the Calls-in-Progress API returns a 403 error.
* No data is returned with the request.

## Cause

The Calls-in-Progress feature flags aren't enabled for your account.
